The brief
Sandy’s Subs has regulars who already rep the shop. They wanted merch that felt like a local band shirt, not a uniform: something people would wear on the weekend, not just at work.
The direction
We built a cartoon sub mascot, paired it with a retro script logo and a Portland skyline, and kept the palette to tomato red, deli green and cream so every piece reads instantly from across the room.
