1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our project inquiry form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first and last name, company or brand name, website or social media handle, email address, phone number, business type, project details, timeline, budget range, and any other details you choose to include. When you email, call, or text us, we receive your contact details and the content of your message.

Client project information. If you become a Client, we may also collect billing details, shipping addresses, brand materials, files, approvals, and other information needed to deliver your project. Payment card details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored by SRJ Designs.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Site running reliably.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

1. (a)respond to your inquiry, send you a confirmation that we received it, and communicate with you about a possible or active project;
2. (b)prepare proposals, estimates, and Project Agreements;
3. (c)design, produce, set up, and support merchandise projects;
4. (d)process payments, settlements, and business records;
5. (e)operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
6. (f)prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
7. (g)comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing unless you have asked to receive it, and you can opt out of any marketing at any time.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We share information only as needed with:

1. (a)service providers that help us operate, such as our website host and analytics provider (Vercel), our email delivery providers (Resend and FormSubmit), which deliver contact-form submissions and confirmation emails, our email forwarding provider (Forward Email), our email provider, and Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on the Site;
2. (b)printers, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, storefront platforms, payment processors, and carriers when needed to complete a Client project or order;
3. (c)professional advisers such as accountants or attorneys, subject to confidentiality;
4. (d)authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of SRJ Designs, our Clients, or others; and
5. (e)a successor in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the SRJ Designs business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

These third parties process information under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used, such as which pages are visited, the referring website, and general device, browser and country information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Our hosting and font providers may use strictly necessary technologies and receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the Site and its fonts. If we add other analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Inquiries that do not become projects are generally deleted or archived within a reasonable time. Client project, payment, and tax records may be kept for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements and to resolve disputes.

6. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

1. (a)tell you what personal information we hold about you;
2. (b)correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
3. (c)delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required or permitted to keep; and
4. (d)stop contacting you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, email contact.srjdesigns@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided us with personal information should contact contact.srjdesigns@gmail.com.

9. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site may link to, or our projects may use, third-party websites, storefronts, and platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Material changes apply going forward.
